Appointments are non-refundable.
In the event of a scheduling error or unforeseen conflict, we will make every effort to correct the issue and offer a resolution such as rescheduling or issuing a service credit/gift card.
No-show or missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiting the session.
Reschedules require 24 hours notice to avoid fees. Please reach out via text, phone, or email as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
